We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead global messaging and storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand reputation, unify narratives, and drive engagement across internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies, manage crisis situations, and oversee media and public relations efforts. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public relations, preferably in technology or SaaS environments. Proven track record in developing and implementing global communications strategies and messaging frameworks. Experience managing crisis communications and advising senior leadership under high-pressure situations. Expertise in media relations, PR campaigns, and corporate storytelling. Strong internal communications experience across regional or global teams. Strategic thinker with excellent business and brand acumen. Exceptional communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision. Native English speaker; additional European languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
