We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Global Risk & Compliance Specialist to support our Global Heads of Risk & Privacy and Compliance in delivering key strategic initiatives across international markets. What You’ll Be Doing Risk Management & Reporting Facilitate risk workshops and assessments across the UK, Europe, USA, and Hong Kong. Maintain and enhance risk data within our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system. Support quarterly reporting for the Audit & Risk Committee. Help mature our risk program by identifying emerging risks and building robust risk profiles. Compliance & ISO Accreditation Assist in conducting ISO audits and maintaining certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO20000, and ISO55000. Support policy reviews, compliance training, and standards assessments. Collaboration & Development Work closely with global stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Business Units. Navigate international time zones and occasional travel opportunities. Participate in company-sponsored development to grow your expertise and career. What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications Degree in Risk, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant or transferrable professional experience. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Personal Qualities Passionate about making a difference and driving improvements. Curious, growth-oriented, and eager to learn. Able to support two senior leaders with professionalism and agility.
