Walter is recruiting for a Global Process Expert Reconditioning (f/m/d) - Location flexible within Europe Your Responsibilities: Review, optimize and develop relevant reconditioning processes from order to delivery Coordinate process improvements across the global reconditioning network Recognize areas for action based on assessments and analyses, and use them to develop, coordinate and introduce measures/activities Organize and run training courses on IT processes for reconditioning Analyze process requirements (demand management) Provide business analysis and indicator reports to monitor the entire regrinding value chain, (e.g. volumes, costs, service performance, etc.) Consolidate market forecasts and provide production plans to resharpening sites Your Profile: University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferably MSc or equivalent) Few years of experience in a similar position Excellent project management skills Analytical skills combined with a structured and conceptual way of working Knowledge in ERP systems SAP is necessary.
