We are looking for a detail-driven professional to join our Global Market Operations Team. A multicultural team where training and development is supported. The role involves entering high-profile data into proprietary systems, supporting global operational workflows, and executing market voting activities within strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will work across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with market standards. You will serve as a subject matter expert in the voting process, collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include interpreting local market requirements, extracting and recording data from meeting materials, liaising with issuers, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of client votes through local agents. You will also support key European markets and stay informed on evolving European directives. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling monthly statistics and providing data for billing and reporting purposes. Job Responsibilities Support the delivery of Global Proxy Services as part of a specialized team within Global Market Operations. Execute proxy voting across Global markets and handle client queries. Manage meeting setups, source materials, and monitor events on the Broadridge platform to meet SLA deadlines. Handle ad-hoc requests and communicate with issuers via phone and email. Communicate effectively across global teams and build strong relationships with issuers, vote agents, and internal stakeholders. Work efficiently under pressure, applying strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to high client satisfaction. Apply procedural knowledge, manage personal workload independently, and resolve routine issues. Track and report billing and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Educated to A Level standard or equivalent International Baccalaureate. Would suit someone with several years’ experience within an operational role in the financial services industry or in a commercial environment. A financial service qualification is desired but not essential. Skills & Competencies Strong operational expertise with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
