Your mission Your role within a pioneering and rapidly expanding company GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the responsibility of your manager, the Global Market Access Director, your main mission is to drive and help to develop pricing and reimbursement strategies for our products as well as manage subsequent activities (extensions, revision etc.), mainly in the oncology or rare disease area. For products in (pre-/post-) launch, you: Define, in collaboration with the Market Access Director, the global market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, launch sequence…), You actively participate in the construction and/or validation of deliverables constituting the global package and their updates in close collaboration with the HEOR representative, Regularly monitor activities with country Market Access representatives, Are identified as the Global Market Access representative to support countries in adapting pricing and reimbursement dossiers and are responsible for their validation before submission in accordance with internal processes, Anticipate objections and help country interlocutors respond to authorities' questions, Participate in Market Access evaluation of business cases for new country launch or when there is a need to reevaluate Supervise the work of consultants/ subcontractors, from the request for proposal to the provision of the deliverables, in terms of quality, timing and resources For more mature products, you: Develop the strategy for maintaining pricing and reimbursement conditions and ensure its operational implementation, Conduct price impact/IRP analyses, Participate in the preparation of Pricing Committees. Throughout the product lifecycle, you develop relationships with subsidiaries across the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA) and franchises to identify needs and use the information obtained to benefit the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies. You participate in the definition and monitoring of the budget within your scope. You develop and maintain a robust understanding of relevant pricing and reimbursement criteria used by payers in key markets to make informed decisions about payer strategy, plans and tactics. You identify opportunities and challenges from a health policy, healthcare funding or governmental initiatives perspective. Depending on priorities, you may be involved in cross-functional projects, Business Development (BD) assessments or work on early asset development (working on clinical development plans in order to anticipate requirements for pricing and reimbursement negotiations in countries of interest and anticipating market access strategy) Who you are ? Your skills at the service of innovative projects - Educational Background: University degree in pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, engineering or a related field; - Senior position: over 7 years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical industry, an HTA organization or as a consultant with experience of product launch, preferably in oncology and/or rare disease, in key markets: experience of US or China market is a plus; Thorough understanding of the payers/HTA environment - Language: Fluent in English - Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
