Your Background: Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Technology or Engineering. Experience: Proven track record in strategic planning, innovation management, and M&A at a global level within complex, matrixed organisations. Background in the Energy sector or OEM with Service provision/Installed Base Management. Experience in top-tier consulting, private equity, or investment banking is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strategic vision and analytical thinking. Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
