The Group FP&A team is evolving into a best-in-class function, enabling standardization, insightful consolidated analytics, and process innovation across all Business Groups. This role is a cornerstone of that journey—shaping harmonized reporting, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making at Group level. TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES Group-Level Planning & Consolidation Coordinate Group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment across Business Groups. Ensure FP&A process excellence, quality and timely-wise. Enable target setting and long-range forecast planning, providing scenario analysis and predictive modeling to improve forecast accuracy. Consolidate financial data into clear, insightful analysis for Executive Committee and Board reporting. Lead / Coach junior FP&A analysts in the divisions Performance Analysis & Insight Generation Produce insightful analysis on revenue trends, pricing and margin expansion, inflation, and productivity. Own monthly closing and estimates, delivering reliable projections of revenue, margin, and cash. Identify business risks and opportunities in close partnership with Division Finance teams; understand and communicate variance drivers, root causes, and action plans. Synthesize and communicate key financial and business insights to drive Group’s decision-making Continuous Improvement Develop standardized templates, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to harmonize practices across Business Groups. Lead initiatives to streamline FP&A processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across entities. Support EPM system deployment and drive adoption of best practices. External Reporting & Investor Support Support external reporting requirements, including annual financial filings and ad hoc requests from Corporate Investor Relations. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a trusted partner to Business Group FP&A Directors—facilitating alignment, sharing best practices, and ensuring governance. Influence and coordinate across diverse teams to embed Group standards and elevate analytical rigor. PROFILE REQUIRED Experience Business or engineering education, qualified accountant a plus >8 years in experience in financial reporting & analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, and planning within multinational or diversified organizations in Industry. Proven ability to manage consolidation, harmonization, and cross-entity coordination. Automotive industry experience a plus. Technical Skills Strong command of financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning. Expertise in cash flow analysis and predictive modeling. Proficiency in EPM tools and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus. Solid analytic skills & precision with numbers: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives Strong command of Excel, experience with financial modelling Excellent communication skills: experience working across functions across divisions; able to synthesize complexity and communicate concisely verbally and on power point. Fluent in both French and English Soft Skills Highly organized self-starter with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment to balance multiple priorities and possess high accountability to deadlines and results Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into concise, impactful narratives.
