Dédié à la gestion des paiements et du crédit management, Concentrix Payment Services accompagne ses clients internationaux depuis 1984. Dans un contexte international, au sein de l'équipe Gestion de créances composée de 10 personnes, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) administratif(ve) en CDD. Les missions principales confiées sont les suivantes : Suivre les impayés et effectuer les relances nécessaires selon les procédures (mail et téléphone) Assurer la gestion administrative associée aux comptes clients (suivi des comptes, lettrage, suivi des litiges...)
