Provide technical assistance to customers via multiple channels
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
Deliver high-quality customer service
Ensure accurate documentation of cases

C1+ German
B2+ English
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work fully on-site in Barcelona
Stable full-time contract
