We are partnering with an innovative European e-mobility company that is redefining how people experience sustainable transportation. They are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care – Bike Expert to join their fully remote team and provide high-quality support throughout the customer journey.
This role suits someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well independently, and has a genuine interest in bikes, technology, and sustainable mobility.
Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
Maintain excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes
Required:
Ability to work as a freelancer or via own company (B2B cooperation)
English at B2 level or higher
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
Interest or background in bikes, e-mobility, or tech products
Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment
