What You’ll Be Doing As a General Service Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. Your day-to-day will include: Serve food and beverages to customers Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work Perform daily paperwork Keeps diligent records as required Follow food hygiene and safety procedures. Training & apprenticeships to support your growth What We’re Looking For A friendly, customer-focused attitude Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential, full training provided Must be 18+ Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required) Food hygiene certificate - Level 2 desirable. Relevant training will be provided Basic numeracy skills. Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport Ability to work a variety of shifts. Ready to Join Us?
