JETSET Pilates General Managers are dynamic leaders responsible for driving studio performance, revenue growth, and community connection. They embody the JETSET brand by fostering a high-performance culture, developing their team, and ensuring every client experience reflects excellence. The General Manager oversees all aspects of studio operations, with a strong focus on sales, business development, and team leadership. They serve as the face of the studio, building relationships with clients, leading the front-of-house team, supporting instructor performance, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day required to be in the studio for a minimum of 25 hours per week. \n Duties and Responsibilities * Drive all studio sales: memberships, packages, and retail, to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets * Develop and execute strategic initiatives to convert first-time visitors into long-term members * Partner with the Franchise Business Manager and leadership team to analyze KPIs and create action plans to improve performance (sales, utilization, conversion, and membership retention) * Manage outreach and local partnerships to build brand awareness and drive new client acquisition  * Lead, train, and develop Studio Leads to deliver an exceptional client experience * Cultivate a positive, motivated studio culture focused on accountability, communication, and growth * Host regular team meetings and recognition initiatives to maintain engagement and alignment  * Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management * Ensure all client inquiries and issues are handled promptly, professionally, and with care  * Maintain JETSET brand standards across all touchpoints including studio cleanliness, hospitality, and energy  * Support and oversee the planning and execution of in-studio events, partnerships, and community activations  * Build relationships within the local fitness and wellness community to strengthen the JETSET network  * Create opportunities for local collaborations and events that drive exposure and new leads  * Represent JETSET as a brand ambassador in and outside of the studio  Qualifications * 2-3+ years of experience in leading a team in sales, fitness, or hospitality management (boutique fitness experience preferred)  * Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team  * Passionate about health, wellness, and community connection  \n
