You’ll guide both Front and Back of House teams, shape our service culture, and help establish Good Folk as a must-visit culinary destination in Banff—all with the support and stability of Banff Caribou Properties. What You’ll Do Oversee all restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic, high-performing team. Manage scheduling, budgets, inventory, and service standards. Collaborate with culinary and beverage leads to develop standout menus. Lead by example with hands-on, solutions-focused energy. Foster a positive, inclusive, team-first culture. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong operational and people management skills.
