What We’re Searching For

RallyX is seeking a results-oriented individual to join our team as a General Manager to lead one of our portfolio businesses. This role is crucial in driving the day-to-day operations and setting the strategic direction of the business, ensuring that it meets its growth targets and aligns with RallyX’s values and mission. We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader who is highly organized, adaptable, and has a strong skill set in both strategic planning and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all operations of the business, managing resources to ensure smooth execution and high standards of quality.
• Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with RallyX’s senior leadership to drive growth and achieve performance goals.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement, making adjustments to optimize productivity.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
• Lead employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and other RallyX business leaders on shared goals and projects.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Prepare performance reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to senior management.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in paint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
