Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers. Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices and fan coils. Maintain/prepare job site/shop. Minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers and cooling towers. High school diploma or GED required. Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required. Military experience considered.
