Job Summary The General Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors throughout the facility. Empty and clean garbage and recycling bins. Clean and restock restroom facilities. Wash kitchen counters, cupboards, and walls. Clean internal windows. Perform general cleanup of all office areas, including wiping down desks. Qualifications Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with light repair and maintenance. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and flexibility. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
