Job Description Job Description As a General Assistant you will… Assist in the preparation Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to clients, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs. Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Qualifications Qualifications Ideally have experience working within the hospitality business Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
