We’re looking for a Next-Gen Software Engineer ready to work with tools like Claude and Cursor, not just write code, but prompt, review, and pilot AI-generated code to bring our product to life. You’ll code like a pilot, not a factory. Your mission As a software engineer on this project, your day-to-day won’t look like it used to. You'll work with tools like Claude and Cursor to generate, review, and improve code, shifting from manual implementation to a “pilot–co-pilot” model where your technical expertise guides what the AI produces. Your scope will cover key challenges the team is tackling: Bringing AI into the development chain (code generation, testing, CI/CD) Designing and evolving AI components (LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, embeddings) Automating the delivery pipeline with smart, AI-enhanced DevOps practices Building a natural conversational experience that turns plain language into executable workflows You’ll work in Java (mostly) and Python on the backend, with TypeScript on the frontend, and collaborate closely with product and design to make the experience seamless and usable. This is a hands-on, experimental role, perfect for someone ready to evolve with these tools and shape the future of how software gets built. What’s in it for you ? Our stack & environment Cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions DevOps mindset with a focus on automation, observability, and maintainability Security, performance, and code quality are everyone’s responsibility Use of vector databases like Qdrant and RAG pipelines for AI integrations Integration with Slack and Teams (Block Kit, Adaptive Cards) for conversational UX Monitoring with tools like Grafana and Prometheus Your first 6 months First week: Get familiarized with our stack and way of working December to March: Contribute to Beta Program by implementing product improvements based on user feedback April to June: Ensure the product is ready to go live What sets you apart You're a software engineer with solid fundamentals and a mindset that’s ready to evolve.
