Overview: Completes various clerical and administrative tasks to support the KYC (Know Your Customer) Onboarding team within Global Capital Markets (GCM) and may include work on special projects and assignments for a specified and established length of time. Primary Responsibilities: May complete any or all of the following duties depending on business/departmental requirements: Complete routine research and analysis. Complete basic spreadsheets and written documents in a timely and accurate manner. Complete routine clerical and administrative work, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, etc. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibilities: The job holder works under immediate supervision. The position is for an established time period. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No Supervisory Responsibilities Education and Experience Required: Be aged 18 or over at the time of application Be in receipt of a minimum of 3 A Levels or B-Tech equivalent qualifications Have the right to live and work in the UK Be able to work in the London office a minimum of three days per week Education and Experience Preferred: Proficient in the use of pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software Proven verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements: Location London, United Kingdom Great companies have an enduring sense of purpose.
