Role & Team Overview: We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong professional to serve as COO with a focus on CFO-aligned responsibilities. This role will drive initiatives across liquidity management, funding strategy, balance sheet optimization, and regulatory capital efficiency. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance, Treasury, and Trading to deliver actionable insights and execution support across financial resource management and regulatory initiatives. What will you be doing? Lead initiatives to optimize balance sheet usage, including capital allocation, liquidity buffers, and funding mix Drive RWA efficiency through trade strategy, client prioritization, and capital recycling Partner with Trading and Strats to generate and evaluate trade ideas that reduce UMR and Initial Margin (IM) exposure Oversee financial resource reporting and analytics, including capital, liquidity, and funding dashboards Collaborate with Finance and Treasury on forecasting, stress testing, and scenario planning Support regulatory deliverables and internal governance related to capital and liquidity (e.g., CCAR, Basel internal limits) Coordinate across Sales, Trading, Finance, Risk, and Legal to align on financial optimization goals Monitor and communicate performance against financial targets including ROE, PBT margin, and balance sheet usage Skills that will help you in the role: Strong understanding of financial resource management (RWA, liquidity, funding, capital) Familiarity with UMR, IM, and derivatives margin frameworks Excellent analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills; ability to influence across functions Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Preferred Experience: Background in Finance, Treasury, COO, or Capital Management roles Experience with regulatory capital frameworks and liquidity risk management Familiarity with FXEM or broader Fixed Income products Flexible work statement: Interested in flexible working opportunities?
