We are hiring for a Customer Service role Key responsibilities:

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.

- Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards.

- Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for:

- French proficiency to support native-level customers.

- A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures.

- Notes: The salary should be indicated per month rather than per year. Benefits and eligibility:

- Relocation: - 2 Weeks hotel accommodation + Flight ticket (inside the EU) - Airport Pickup

- Real Estate Agency fee WAH Information:

- If relocating WAH is in Athens

- If local WAH is anywhere in Greece

- Eligibility / documents: - EU citizenship.

- Full-purpose & Specific-purpose work permit card.
