Job Title: Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor Job Description This work-from-home opportunity as a fraud and cyber crime advisor, offers a meaningful way to support callers of fraud and cyber crime. As the first point of contact, you'll be speaking with individuals who've experienced distressing situations, gathering the key information needed for potential investigations — all with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You'll be taking inbound calls from callers, listening closely to their experiences, and recording their reports accurately. While this isn't an investigative role, the information you collect may be used in court proceedings, so precision and thoroughness are essential. Some calls may involve sensitive or emotional content, which is why strong listening and questioning skills are so important — as is your ability to remain calm, compassionate, and focused throughout every call. You'll be working across multiple systems, so solid IT skills are a must. You'll also be responsible for escalating cases when necessary, ensuring that every caller receives the right level of support and that no detail is overlooked. To help you succeed, a dedicated training team will guide you through a comprehensive onboarding program. You'll receive all the tools and knowledge you need, along with a supportive nesting period where you'll ease into the role with extra guidance and on-the-job coaching. Requirements for the role: You will be required to complete vetting in accordance with Non-Police-Personal Vetting (NPPV) Level 2 to be successful in this position. Support will be given in completing this vetting, however, please be aware that you can not be offered this role without completion of this. You do not need to have worked in a call centre previously, as full training will be given, however, some experience in customer service is preferred. Good internet speed, a minimum of 10mgps, and a private dedicated line are essential for this work from home opportunity and you must use a wired connection via ethernet cable, use of WiFi is not permitted. You must have a private space to work at home, free from distractions and providing security for our caller information.
