Play a Key Role in Driving Collaboration and Innovation We’re looking for a Framework Manager to oversee the effective delivery and performance of our Central Services framework agreements. In this exciting role, you’ll be the central link between Anglian Water, our delivery teams, and supply chain partners – ensuring that every project and service is delivered to the highest regulatory, contractual, and technical standards. You’ll focus on achieving programme, cost, and quality targets while driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and championing continuous improvement. Your work will directly support operational resilience, customer satisfaction, and the long-term sustainability of our assets – making a tangible difference for millions of customers. In this role, you will: Lead and govern framework agreements – ensuring they align with business objectives, meet regulatory requirements, and have strong governance structures in place. Manage contracts and commercial performance – oversee procurement processes, monitor financial performance, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost efficiency and value for money. Drive operational delivery – set and monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct performance reviews, and optimise supply chain relationships to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes. Engage stakeholders and suppliers – act as the central point of contact, building strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and regulators to ensure smooth collaboration. Champion health, safety, and compliance – proactively manage risk, ensure compliance with HSE standards, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and suppliers. Strong commercial acumen – confident with contracts, procurement, and value-for-money decision-making. Excellent communication skills – able to present information clearly and build trusted relationships at all levels. Knowledge of asset management and construction delivery – understanding how frameworks support operational and project success. Familiarity with regulatory compliance – ensuring frameworks meet industry standards and governance requirements. Experience managing KPIs and performance data – using tools like Power BI to monitor delivery and drive improvement. What does it take to be a Framework Manager? Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management Chartered Status or relevant experience NEC3/4 Contract Management experience or others contracts H&S qualifications SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH Project Management PRINCE2, APM Framework management experience minimum 5 years Framework Procurement Proven ability in delivering business objective Why Apply?
