Nous recherchons actuellement : Un Responsable Transport et Projets (H/F) Rattaché au service Logistique et basé sur notre site de Joué-lès-Tours, vous avez pour mission principale de fournir un support aux Opérations sur toutes les problématiques transport (Domestic-Export / Inbound-Outbound). Vos principales responsabilités s'articulent autour des missions et projets suivants : Management opérationnel du flux de transport en amont : import Overseas (maritime FCL & LCL, aérien) et import Europe Management opérationnel du flux de transport en aval dans le respect des BPDG : Transport national et export Management d'un panel de transporteurs (expressistes, transitaires…) : Gestion tarifaire et négociation Construire et animer une relation de proximité avec les transporteurs Analyser, assurer, garantir le pilotage performance et capacitaire des transporteurs Assurer l'engagement des transporteurs ou la recherche de solutions alternatives en cas d'aléas identifiés Organiser et réaliser les revues de performance, mettre en place et piloter les plans de progrès Suivi des KPI : coûts, SLA... Préparer et piloter les plans de gestion de crise, si nécessaire Escalader les situations critiques en interne et en externe Être force de proposition dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue Être "conseiller sécurité" ADR Votre profil : Issu(e) d’une formation de Transport International (ou Bac ou BTS), vous avez une expérience de cinq ans minimum dans le Transport international. Vous êtes doté(e) : Des compétences avérées en Transport international des Connaissances du Transport de matières dangereuses de la Maîtrise les outils informatiques et notamment Excel. des notions de bases de données sont souhaitées. La capacité à gérer des Projets est un véritable atout.
