Ferring+You We are seeking a strategic finance leader ready to make an impact across a diverse portfolio of therapeutic areas. At Ferring Canada, we’re looking for a FP&A Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving business performance through data, insight, and collaboration. You would be responsible for owning core financial cycles: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly reporting. Acting as a business partner, supporting commercial, medical, and operational teams by turning financial data into insights and recommendations. You will drive performance, improve processes while maintain compliance and ensuring financial accuracy in alignment with regulatory rules. Your day at Ferring Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple therapeutic areas. Produce insightful financial management reporting by overseeing detailed analysis that can be summarized succinctly. Deliver actionable financial insights to support commercial, specialty, medical, and operational teams. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity, identifying issues proactively and working with cross-functional business partners to address. Own monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate business cases and optimize resource allocation. Developing “what if” scenarios and models to solve problems and provide recommendations and insights. Performing ad hoc analysis as required. Champion process' improvements and digitalization in financial systems and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and Canadian regulations. Behind our Mission… There’s you Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred. 7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare sectors. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You are a self starter individual, curious and have strong influential skills .
