Following an internal promotion within the FP&A department, we are seeking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support the Industrial Sales group in Europe. The position is very hands‑on, providing commercial and financial insight to aid decision‑making and drive forward a highly profitable and growing business What you’ll do Act as the go‑to finance partner for the EVP of Sales (Industrial Europe) Deliver monthly commentaries & presentations with clear insights into performance Lead annual planning, forecasting & strategic plans aligned with Global HQ (Delaware, USA) Build financial models & business cases for product launches, acquisitions & expansion Support integration with Solenis, guiding stakeholders on Tableau & OneStream Provide ad‑hoc analysis to influence key decisions Travel ~10% across Europe What we’re looking for CIMA/ACCA qualified (essential), with a degree in Accounting/Finance preferred Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis) Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills; Oracle knowledge desirable Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑financial leaders Commercially savvy, proactive, and deadline‑driven Why join us?
