In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership—including the Global President of NCH Industrial—to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment. What you’ll do: Lead strategic transformation projects across multiple countries Analyse complex business challenges and turn insights into actionable plans Drive scalability of service processes and implement best practices Support development of the European Key Accounts strategy Execute growth initiatives focused on geographic expansion Manage work plans, governance, and gate review processes using TMO tools Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strong change adoption and stakeholder alignment What You Bring: What You Bring: MBA preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels Hands-on, commercial mind set with the ability to drive results Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Join us and play a pivotal role in transforming a global industrial business poised for rapid growth.
