We’re now assembling a world-class team to build a global AI powerhouse. About the Role We are looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do Enterprise Sales Execution — Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals. Pipeline Management — Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow. Consultative Selling — Understand client challenges and industry trends to position our solution effectively. Relationship Building — Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Strategic Negotiation — Lead complex deal negotiations that create value for both the client and the company. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver tailored solutions. Revenue Growth — Meet and exceed sales targets. Market Insights — Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to refine your approach. Must Have Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a B2B environment. Experience closing large ACV deals (€50k+). Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right solution. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
