Your mission
As a Founder’s Associate at pleez, you will work in close contact with the CEO while leading our finance operations by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your responsibilities and actively solve challenges, helping pleez maintain financial health and make informed decisions.
Your profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building things from the ground up.

  • Passionate about the financial world and accounting, with a willingness to go beyond traditional finance tasks.

  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

  • Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Fluent communication in English and Portuguese is mandatory.

We help restaurants through our platform that aggregates and uses delivery data to improve restaurant management on Delivery Platforms.

We provide competitors data that restaurants don’t have, machine learning backed recommendations for restaurants to improve their delivery offering (pricing, promos, menu composition..) and AI-powered features, like delivery menu pictures / dish description creation.

With pleez, restaurants have their delivery channels on auto-pilot. Now, they just need to focus on cooking.
