You'll shape strategy, execute experiments, and build scalable systems within a fast-scaling startup, with a clear path to leadership in key areas like Product or Growth. What you will do: Run A/B tests, analyze user data, and coordinate user interviews to inform product improvements. Execute sales-led growth motions, build partnership pipelines, and produce sales collateral. Manage marketing campaigns, coordinate thought-leadership assets, and develop internal scaling systems. The ideal candidate: A high-initiative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can own projects end-to-end. Comfortable wearing multiple hats across product, growth, and operations. Analytical with strong communication skills, excited by AI, fintech/ed-tech, and startup building.
