This role is responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving service excellence, and leading staff through effective communication, coaching, and operational oversight. #INDLodge ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and professional service throughout their dining experience. Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation across all outlets. Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor management, and service flow. Monitor and uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. Recruit, train, schedule and supervise FOH staff. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports teamwork and accountability. Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve budgeted targets. Analyze sales trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. Support menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives. Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory for food, beverage and supplies. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure product quality and cost efficiency. Ensure all dining spaces, uniforms, menus, and service elements reflect the brand’s identity and quality expectations. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver cohesive, memorable experiences. Oversee 8o+ employees and 6+ supervisor DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience. Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a food and beverage leadership role or related management position. Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide-range of information. Requires advanced knowledge of business and management principles and practices involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Ability to delegate, manage manpower and organize complex projects and establishes priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives. Listen effectively. Operate department within the guidelines of the Foundation Document. Communicate to both, guests and fellow associates, professionally and positively. PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: (essential functions only) Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying: Up to 20-40 lbs. (tables, chairs, trays, plates and chafing dishes daily) Bending/Kneeling: Bend to assist in serving food or getting supplies. No kneeling required. Mobility: 95% of shift – cover all areas of outlets to supervise staff. Continuous Standing: Assist at greeter or barista station and lounge/ bar- minimal stationary standing. Climbing Stairs: Up to approximately 25 %. Ladders: Up to approximately 0 %. Driving: No driving required. Work Environment: Inside: 50 %; Outside: 50 %. Describe any abnormal temperature exposures: Outdoor temperatures can exceed 100 degrees if working at location with outside dining facilities or when assisting in kitchen.
