Fleet Service Coach

We’re looking for a high-impact Fleet Service Coach to oversee maintenance operations across two major recycling facilities. This role rotates 6 months in Joliet, IL and 6 months in Clearwater, FL. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on efficiency, safety, and team development — this role is yours. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance
• Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams
• Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory
• Investigate incidents and implement root-cause improvements
• Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes
• Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects
• Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions

What You Bring

• 10+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions
• Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills
• Tech-savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Able to respond to on-site emergencies when needed
