Job Description Lead the Fitness Standard Act as a visible ambassador for fitness across the Everlast Gyms estate Set, embed, and maintain elite coaching standards aligned to the Everlast brand Ensure consistent delivery of group training, PT, and fitness experiences across all clubs Drive Commercial Performance Own and drive the commercial success of the fitness product across your region Support clubs to maximise PT revenue, group training utilisation, and engagement Use data, insight, and KPIs to influence performance and challenge underperformance Develop High-Performing Teams Recruit, train, develop, and retain Head Coaches, Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and class instructors Support General Managers and Area Managers through onsite and remote coaching Build strong pipelines of talent and future fitness leaders Deliver Elevated Fitness Experiences Lead regional workouts, launches, and events across the Frasers Group estate Drive group training engagement through innovative programming and activation Ensure fitness environments are professional, safe, engaging, and on-brand Execute with Precision Lead the rollout of new fitness products and initiatives Partner with Learning & Development to evolve training materials and delivery methods Maintain brand standards in line with the Everlast brand book across all clubs Qualifications Level 3 fitness qualification (or equivalent) – essential Proven experience delivering a wide range of group training concepts Strong knowledge of both boutique fitness and large-scale gym operations Experience leading and developing teams of PTs and freelance coaches Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of fitness revenue models Confident, influential communicator with strong stakeholder management skills A passion for health, fitness, and coaching excellence Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous development Flexibility to travel extensively and work varied hours to meet business needs Additional Information An opportunity like this at Frasers Group is for the fearless.
