What You Will Do As Site Manager at Johnson Controls, you will report directly to the Operations and Project Managers, with a primary focus on Health & Safety, time management, PPE, and ensuring the proper installation, testing, and inspection of sprinkler systems. Your responsibilities will include delivering toolbox talks and training sessions to subcontractors, driving site productivity, and ensuring projects are completed on time and meet contractual obligations. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to address any issues, manage timelines effectively, and maintain cost control. Each project will present unique challenges that will require your technical expertise and strong communication skills to gather and apply relevant data efficiently.
