We are searching for an experienced Financial Aid Manager – Degree Programs at our Jouy-en-Josas facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Financial Aid Manager for our degree programs (Grande École, Masters, MBA, EMBA, etc.). This strategic role aims to strengthen access to funding for all students - particularly international and professional profiles - and to enhance the student experience throughout the admissions journey. Your Mission Within the Degree Programs Department, you will be responsible for structuring, developing, and managing the range of services related to study financing. You will play a cross-functional role, working closely with recruitment, admissions, integration, and communication teams, the HEC Foundation, alumni, the Finance Department, and external partners. Your objective: to make financing accessible, transparent, and effective in order to support the social and international diversity of student cohorts and contribute to the commercial success of the programs. Key Responsibilities Expertise & Structuring the Offer Build a clear, comprehensive, and tailored service offering for each student, based on their specific profile (nationality, background, gender, age, academic level, etc.). Consolidate and update expertise on funding mechanisms (scholarships, loans, CPF, tax benefits, etc.). Map existing solutions and identify new opportunities (benchmarking, partnerships, innovation). Produce educational materials (guides, FAQs, videos, case studies). Support & Guidance Share this expertise externally by directly advising prospects and admitted students with personalized recommendations. Respond to inquiries promptly and with high quality. Participate in recruitment events (forums, webinars, etc.). Cross-Functionality & Partnerships Share this expertise internally with RM, Integration, and Communication teams, acting as the go-to person for financing topics. Co-develop bilateral agreements with governments, foundations, or banks to fund international students. Renegotiate student loan terms with partner banks. Leverage the HEC Alumni network to accelerate negotiations and open new opportunities. Act as a key partner to HEC Paris’ Finance Department on financial aid topics and play a central role in the operational excellence of cross-functional processes involving Admissions, Integration, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders. Management & Impact Define and monitor KPIs: conversion rates, cohort diversity, number of accessible funding options, perceived service quality. Share best practices internally and contribute to team upskilling. Required Qualifications: Profile Proven experience in higher education, ideally in a business school. Knowledge of education funding mechanisms (France and international). Excellent communication, advisory, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and strong service orientation. Fluency in French and English required; a third language is a plus. Why Join HEC Paris?
