Key Responsibilities: Champion the Client Experience Ensure all advice delivered is insightful, compliant, and aligned with client values, life stages, and ambitions. Develop and Coach a High-Performance Adviser Team Lead, support and stretch a growing team of employed advisers – instilling a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development. Drive Commercial Advice Outcomes Equip advisers with the confidence and tools to uncover opportunities, cross-sell appropriately, and deepen client relationships. Set Standards & Elevate Quality Own the delivery of internal best practices for client review frameworks, onboarding journeys, advice processes, and follow-up protocols. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations Align adviser efforts with marketing-generated leads, communications, and campaigns. Ensure systems and CRM workflows enable excellence at scale.
