As we continue to scale, we’re now looking for a Finance Manager to support our expanding operations and help build a robust, best-in-class finance function. What you’ll do: Bookkeeping & Financial Administration: Maintain accurate financial records, oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Invoicing & Credit Control: Manage the full invoicing cycle, track payments, and proactively chase outstanding debts to improve cash flow. Payment Runs: Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring suppliers and partners are paid accurately and on time. Payroll Support: Work closely with payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing each month. Expense Management: Oversee employee expenses, ensuring correct documentation, policy adherence, and timely reimbursement. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end processes, supporting the Finance Director with P&L preparation, variance analysis, and financial insights. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes as the business grows, contributing to stronger financial controls and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide financial clarity, support budgeting, and ensure smooth operational workflows. What we’re looking for: Experience: At least 2+ years in a finance role with exposure to bookkeeping, invoicing, and general financial operations. Part-qualified or qualified (AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of transactional finance and experience using accounting software such as Xero. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, analysing financial data, and producing accurate reports. Attention to Detail: Highly organised, thorough, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records. Communication: Clear and confident communicator able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Proactive Approach: Someone who takes ownership, identifies issues early, and contributes to solutions.
