Graduate Finance Business Partnering Programme Duration: 2- 3 years Locations: Peterborough – with limited travel to our sites Salary: £32,000 Powering a world-class manufacturing business. At British Sugar, finance is at the heart everything we do. Through our sugar manufacturing process, we support key decision making across a number of core and by-products. As a Finance Graduate, you’ll business partner our Commercial and Agricultural functions that supports the production and sale of over a million tonnes of sugar each year. What you will be doing Gain experience in key accounting activities – e.g. Periodic reporting / Forecasting Support business decisions through analytical analysis Support automation and continual improvement Ensuring financial controls are in place and adhered too Support external view of the market & grower insight What you will need A minimum 2:1 (or predicted) degree Ability to question, challenge and diagnose issues A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Clear communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate and share ideas effectively Passion for continued learning and development Willing and able to work in Peterborough or relocate to one of the following manufacturing sites: Wissington, Bury St Edmunds, Cantley, or Newark, during or after the programme (dependent on role availability).
