As a Finance Controlling and Business Partner Director Manufacturing you will report to VP Controlling in the Finance based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a Permanent contract.Mission Drive strategic initiatives, risk management, cost efficiency, and financial/non-financial steering models as a trusted Business Partner. Lead planning & forecasting (annual IFP, intra-year IFF, 3-year plan) covering capacity, resources, costs, and ROI. Support manufacturing transformation (rationalization, investments, new operating model) and implement Standard Costing for efficiency gains. Ensure profitability, productivity, and transparency of results beyond P&L through state-of-the-art Controlling practices. Lead and develop an international team of ~40 controllers across 9 countries, fostering a strong Business Partnering culture. Profile Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; 10–15+ years in senior Controlling/Finance leadership within international industry. Proven expertise in Controlling, planning & reporting, with strong business partnering mindset. Skilled in Excel, SAP S4, BW4HANA; able to drive process harmonization and digitalization. Strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, strong communicator, results-driven. Fluent in English (French/German a plus); willingness to travel up to 20%.
