The Role This role provides financial support to the UK Specialty and Multinational Client trading divisions (approx. £200m revenue combined). You’ll work closely with the Finance Director to deliver accurate data presentation and examination across UK and international offices, while supporting investments in new initiatives. It’s a hands-on position suited to a qualified finance professional who can combine strong technical skills with commercial insight to influence decision-making and drive performance improvements. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making Produce management reporting packs with commentary Understand business drivers and identify trends, opportunities, and risks Support annual budgets and mid-year forecasts for business divisions Prepare financial models for acquisitions and new initiatives Assist with improving management reporting processes and controls Resolve queries related to management reporting accuracy Build positive relationships with finance teams and key partners across the Group Provide tailored data summaries and insights for different teams Support senior managers in achieving group objectives Who We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive Ability to lead multiple priorities and react positively to change Comfortable challenging the status quo and suggesting improvements Strong understanding of management accounting principles Experience in reporting and explaining financial results Skilled in commercial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Proficient in Power BI and basic SQL for reporting automation Insurance industry experience preferred Qualifications ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified Approximately three years post-qualification experience Desirable: OneStream experience, project management skills, and process improvement expertise What do we offer in return?
