The Opportunity As a Finance and Procurement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C projects – helping Britain on its journey towards An Electric Britain. You’ll manage procurement workflows, keep financial processes accurate, and make sure supplier data is top quality, all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Alongside a salary range of between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, plus competitive benefits, this is a permanent, full-time role based at Aztec West 1000, Bristol. You’ll work closely with suppliers, finance teams, and engineering colleagues, making sure everything runs smoothly from purchase orders to payments. From managing supplier reports to improving processes and supporting operational excellence, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and grow your career. Who You Are You’re someone who enjoys working with numbers and building strong relationships to make things happen. To be shortlisted, you need to offer: Experience in procurement operations, finance operations, or supplier managementStrong understanding of purchase order and invoicing processesAbility to analyse and interpret financial and supplier dataExperience with operational tools (ERP/SAP or similar)Excellent organisational and communication skills  What You’ll Be Doing Managing procurement processes from supplier offers to PO validationCoordinating invoice payments and resolving discrepanciesProducing monthly supplier reports and monitoring costsSupporting our internal procurement system and helping usersActing as the main point of contact for procurement and supplier reportingOversee the use of the company’s booking system (TEEXMA), including bookings, booking codes, account creation, data quality checks, and user assistanceLiaise with system support teams to manage incidents, enhancements, and performance indicatorsManage the full cost lifecycle for assigned personnel programmes, including housing, visas, travel, and invoicingEnsure compliance, monitoring, and approval of all related expensesMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders  Pay, Benefits and Culture Alongside a starting salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, potential for an annual bonus, and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include customisable benefits such as electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers, experience days, and more.At EDF, we believe there are multiple definitions of what it means to succeed.
