Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) Location: France Join our international service team and play a key role in supporting leading beverage manufacturers across France. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical expert our customers rely on — ensuring their production equipment runs at peak performance, solving problems on-site, and delivering exceptional service experiences. Your Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced capping equipment at customer sites. Conduct performance tests and ensure optimal operation and compliance with technical standards. Provide on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering clear and confident technical guidance. Collaborate closely with customers, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Document service work and support continuous improvement initiatives through accurate reporting. Travel independently across France (and occasionally to other European countries) using a fully equipped company vehicle. Your Profile Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic technician, or equivalent qualification recognized in France. 2–5 years of professional experience in field service, maintenance, or mechanical engineering. Excellent technical understanding with the ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication and customer service mindset — confident dealing with clients at all levels. Valid Class B driving license and readiness to travel frequently. Fluent in French, with good English communication skills.
