The position is located in Hinckley, Leicestershire although can be remote/hybrid (to be agreed individually). Key Responsibilities:Works in full coordination with the UK Service Director and other international Kanadevia Inova (KVI) teams to promote and sell our large portfolio of spare parts, mechanical and process retrofit , to plan Customer visits (KVI and non-KVI plants, central organizations), in view of identifying and creating new opportunitiesManages the Service team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Supervisors in delivering service activities on time and within budget in accordance with local and company wide HSE and Quality systems/standardsSupports product management by identifying market needs and presents KVI products to clientsIdentifies opportunities in the KVI CRM system and follow the sales process. Foster the use of KVI's CRM as the unique sales process support tool including forecasting and reportingIndependently supervises his/her assigned service projects and outages, plans bidding and project work and associated resourcesPlease note that the above list is indicative, not exhaustive. The full tasks and responsibilities of this role will be discussed further.QualificationsProcess or Mechanical Engineer degree or other relevant qualification and experience in the field of Mechanical and Plant engineeringService Sales:  Service Agreements, Overhauls, Pressure parts, Upgrades, Spare Parts, TrainingService Execution: Project management and organisation skills, ability to lead a team effectivelyService Technical: Ability to complete Audits, Write technical reportsSafety mindsetProject management skills: Risk management, Schedule Management, Scope Management, Communication, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Cost control / Finance ManagementAdditional Information£75,000-£85,000K + car allowanceAnnual salary review and bonus award (5% of annual salary)Pension scheme up to 10% employer contributionLife insurance 4x SalaryDisability insurancePrivate medical and dental insuranceCareer path optionsFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
