Role: Field Service Engineer Preferred Location: London/North of London What will you do? Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and installation on all Cytomat Familly and other LAI system components and instrumentation. Perform on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation. Keep track and maintain your local spare part's inventory. Diagnose problems over the phone and/or using remote software. Where necessary, follow up with on-site work or dispatch third-party service providers for on-site work. Follow up to ensure problems were resolved to the customer’s happiness. Actively monitor the status of contract, warranty and time and material installed customers. Track and schedule on-site PM visit(s). Ensure that all documentation related to in-house and on-site support activity is completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis. This includes maintenance of electronic files, Field Service Reports, Service Work Orders and Quotes How will you get here? Typically requires a BEng or preferably a MEng degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or other applicable experience in a high-tech environment You must be able to freely travel throughout Europe Analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Excellent interpersonal skills in English, verbal and written, any other language is a plus Independent, service-minded individual who can converse with customers at all academic levels Highly organized, self-sufficient and motivated individual who is adept at administration Clean Driving license required Hands-on engineering experience, especially within the field of automation Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
