A little more about your role… Supporting and reporting directly to the Head of Facilities Management for the UK this role will oversee the operational delivery of our flagship head office in the heart of central London. Working in partnership with the Head of FM the role will scale up to support on wider strategic FM projects and enable best in class service delivery. This will be a fixed term role for 6 months. The Corporate Real Estate team is a fast-moving environment which is continuously evolving. The Facilities Manager role will be expected to support across multiple projects whilst delivering the core roles and responsibilities. What will they do? A typical day in Corporate Real Estate is never possible. The complexity of our head office offers a fresh look on building design, oversight of the FM team on site, the engagement you will have from your customers, providing support to the wider team and liaising with multiple stakeholders means there will never be a dull moment. Of course, you’ll be delivering best in class FM service delivery and need strong knowledge of Property, outsourced contractual management and Statutory compliance but, this role is full of opportunities. You’ll have a strong knowledge of Facilities with CAFM and helpdesk experience, IOSH Managing Safely (essential), an understanding of Sustainability within the Built Environment and lifecycle/asset management.
