Facilities Manager, Europe We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to lead regional facilities strategy and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple European sites. This role oversees governance, vendor management, EHS, security, sustainability, and long-term workplace planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional facilities strategy, governance models, and performance frameworks. Oversee facilities operations across European sites, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and service quality. Lead physical security oversight, including vendor-managed guarding, access control, and incident response. Manage EHS and OHS compliance through external partners, ensuring legal adherence, audits, training, and risk management. Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives focused on energy, waste, and resource efficiency. Lead vendor strategy, contract management, and SLA performance across countries. Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate performance to senior leadership. Travel regularly to European sites. Skills & Experience Proven experience in multi-country or regional facilities leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is desired. Strong vendor management and governance experience. Knowledge of European facilities, safety, and environmental regulations. Effective communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Experience in security, EHS, and sustainability programs (vendor-supported). Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
