This role reports to the Assistant Boutique & Cafe Manager. This experienced position will have the knowledge and passion for coffee-based drinks, will be instrumental in the service delivery required. Ensure all colleagues actively follow the HACCP standards and maintain the condition of all equipment and facilities of The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe. Ensuring that the team receives an in-depth induction program in line with defined guidelines and maintains a high level of understanding and awareness of the Peninsula Principles. Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships. General requirements Proven track record of a similar position within a Luxury Food Retail environment. 2 year or more working within a high volume and fast-paced coffee environment are essential. Experience in overseeing and training a team preferred. Relevant training by a coffee-based business. Focused, friendly and positive with a flexible approach. Ability to work under pressure.
