The Role Proofpoint is seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join our Executive Engagement team this key position. This role supports the Proofpoint Innovation Centre – Paris and will demonstrate best practice event management in the executive briefing program, supporting sales leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. The Executive Briefing Manager (EMEA) role drives preparation of onsite customer engagements for the Paris centre, plans for operational needs and manages the logistics of the centre. Attention to detail and an aptitude for managing executive programs is core to daily responsibilities. Your Day-to-Day Manage all logistical requirements of briefing and meeting coordination within the centre such as: Review the intake form; Host an intake call with the PIC requestor; Propose speakers and book approved speakers; Preparation of internal teams; Set-up and breakdown of event; Onsite support for sales teams and external visitors. Collaborate with onsite vendors, the global Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team, marketing team, sales teams, and executive engagement team. Work within program systems (CRM, briefing management tool, Zoom). Ensure PIC event schedule is delivered to all stakeholders. Provide on-site support for events and activities within the PIC and support the broader team with hospitality requirements. Partnering closely with the REWS team, assist with managing office operations, including coordination with building management, vendors, and facilities services to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Establish clear timelines and responsibilities with critical stakeholders. Contribute to communications to publish the success of the Proofpoint Innovation Centre, keeping global stakeholders informed on program operations. Continually look at innovations and best practices to elevate the centre experience. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a similar Event Briefing Manager role Extensive Program and Event Management experience Passion for building remarkable customer experiences at the CXO level Experience with Salesforce and BriefingSource tools Self-starter who is proactive to resolve any matters that may impact the briefing outcome Ability to provide for the business needs of guests in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship building skills Proven ability to adapt to business requests and event changes Language fluency in English and French Relevant Degree and/or recognised Project Management certification Desirable Experience in a high-technology, dynamic environment will be an advantage to your success Additional European language fluency #LI-CB1 Why Proofpoint?
