Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support Research and Coverage Lead and more broadly, her team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, adept at multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key responsibilities Proactively manage diaries for the Coverage team (two members), ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently, conflicts are resolved, and priorities are maintained. Maintain and update the private equity contact database, tracking interactions to help the Coverage team achieve targets. Prepare briefing materials, research, and notes ahead of meetings and engagements. Accurately record business development activities and client interactions in the firm’s CRM, generating reports to support meeting preparation and post-event analysis. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel—including annual roadshows—by liaising with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Support the planning and delivery of internal and client-facing events, managing invitations, RSVPs, communications, and post-event reporting. Oversee the national private equity events calendar, ensuring all relevant activities are tracked and communicated. Process expense claims and assist with invoice management in accordance with company policies, working closely with the finance team. Occasionally draft high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the Research and Coverage Lead. Provide flexible administrative support to the wider Corporate Finance team, contributing to overall team efficiency. Qualifications Exceptionally efficient, organised, and proactive in approach. Demonstrated experience as a PA or EA supporting senior executives; experience within financial or professional services is advantageous but not essential. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working with CRM systems. Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement, especially under pressure. Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times, with a positive, can-do attitude.
