We’re currently looking for an Exam Production Technician on a full-time, fixed-term basis until July 2026. This position sits within the Qualifications Production team. The role is home-based with monthly office days. The job Reporting to the Exam Production Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: Managing exam production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met Coordinating external examiners and subject experts Completing quality assurance checks on exam content and systems Applying system knowledge to build and construct exams Providing training and guidance to stakeholders on exam-setting processes Supporting the delivery of accurate, secure and regulatory-compliant exams The person We’re looking for someone who: Has excellent organisational and administrative skills Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy Can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders Is highly computer literate and quick to learn new systems Remains calm and focused when working to strict deadlines This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to apply their skills in a dynamic and impactful role within a global professional body.
